The Jaquias family is rooted in surfings history.
Starting with Kaipo Jaquias. Born and raised on the island of Kauai. He became a professional surfer at 16 years old and began to travel, competing on the world tour. At the height of his career, Kaipo ranked 5th in the world and won the Triple Crown of surfing in 96’. He chose to retire shortly after to be closer to his family. He then became a lifegaurd to provide for his family and raise his kids.
His son Kaimana Jaquias had no choice but to follow in his fathers footsteps. He competed from a very young age and also turned professional at the age of 17. Kaimana,with the guidance of his father, became a national champion and went on to compete against the best and represent some of the biggest brands.
With all the experience and knowledge, the Jaquias’ want to share their love for the ocean and help others enjoy it under their guidance and expertise.
